Refund policy
We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their orders. Please read our return policy carefully:
Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it is in perfect, unused condition, we will send the correct item at no extra charge.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please note that we are not responsible for damage caused during shipping. In this case, you will need to file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend keeping the original packaging and taking clear photos of the damage to support your claim.
Important Notes:
- Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons not listed above.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive the correct item. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at larichcustoms@hotmail.com
